WynPhos Systems LLC ("WynPhos", "we") is a US-based IT company in Kansas City, MO. This policy covers wynphos.com and its subdomains.
When you submit a form (for example, a migration assessment request), we collect the information you enter: your name or company name, work email address, and project details such as user count, timeline, and tenant types. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
Submissions are used solely to respond to your request and scope your project. They are stored in our infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers KV, US jurisdiction) and delivered to us by email. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except for the service providers that host our infrastructure (Cloudflare) and, during an engagement, the tooling required to deliver the service.
We keep submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry or engagement. You can ask us at any time to see or delete the information we hold about you — email [email protected] and we'll act on it promptly.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving the font files. Our sites are hosted on Cloudflare, which processes request logs to operate the service.
